This week we are pleased to confirm new appointments to our executive leadership team.

Following a rigorous assessment process we have appointed three executive directors to provide strategic oversight and direction for FCHO as we deliver our Big Plan priorities, under the leadership of our Interim Chief Executive, Anne McLoughlin.

In his new role, Andy holds strategic responsibility for financial viability and will be the Deputy CEO.

He will also be responsible for ensuring the organisation has efficient, professional support services which enhance our reputation as a great company.

Kelly Webb

Kelly Webb our Director of Customer Services has been appointed to the new role of Executive Director of Customer Experience.

She will oversee our critical work in enhancing our customer experience, building our reputation and ensuring the way we deliver services and interact with our customers is digitally driven and built a strong, data-smart culture.

Kelly has worked at FCHO for more than 20 years, in a variety of senior leadership roles responsible for our customer services.

Steve Mather

Steve Mather, who also started at FCHO in 2019 and has most recently been our Director of Assets and Sustainability, has been appointed as Executive Director of Homes.

In this wider role he will broaden his focus across strategic asset management continuing to ensure we have safe, good quality homes for our customers whilst leading development of our new homes, reinforcing our commitment to both existing and future customers.

Andy, Kelly and Steve each bring essential experience, knowledge and expertise to their roles and together they make up a strong, unified and committed executive team to drive FCHO forward for colleagues, customers and stakeholders.

On the new appointments, Anne McLoughlin said: “I am delighted to announce our permanent executive team and I am incredibly proud that these are internal appointments. They show the calibre of talent we have within the business and the commitment to making FCHO the best it can be, while providing continuity and stability for our teams.

“The new executive team’s expertise across the full breadth of challenges facing social housing puts us in a strong position and ensures we thrive in the changing regulatory environment, whilst crucially providing homes we are proud of and improving lives.

“I look forward to working closely with them to build on our successes at this critical time for our organisation and the sector.”
