Buying your home

You may be able to buy the home you rent. There are two options: Preserved Right to Buy and Right to Acquire.

Preserved Right to Buy

If you were one of our tenants on the 7th February 2011 and have remained a tenant then you might qualify for the Preserved Right to Buy.

Right to Acquire

If you became one of our tenants on or after the 7th February 2011 you might have the Right To Acquire.
