Christmas and New Year closing times 2023-2024

We will be closed from 5pm on Friday 22 December 2023, and will reopen at 9am on Tuesday 2 January 2024. Please don’t report emergencies on here, as our website and social media accounts are not monitored during this time.

• For where to go for help in a crisis, visit the Oldham Council website for a list of services and partner community organisations that can help you in an emergency.

While we’re closed you can check your rent and charges, make payments, update your contact details, and log queries on our customer portal My Account.
