We have now taken handover of all our new homes at the Suthers Court development in north Werneth – bringing a much needed boost to the number of affordable family homes available to residents in the borough.

The £7.9 million project is our third biggest site to date, and part of our ambitious development programme to increase the number of high quality homes in Oldham and surrounding areas by 2026.
