Five new eco-friendly homes completed in Middleton ahead of Christmas

We’re delighted to announce the completion of five brand-new sustainable family homes at Damson Green, Middleton, just in time for Christmas.
This £1.3m development, delivered by FCHO in partnership with J Walker Homes, has transformed a former car park. The three and four-bedroom homes are affordable, high-specification properties designed with sustainability at their core, helping residents keep energy bills low while reducing environmental impact.
Steve Agger, FCHO Executive Director of Homes, said:
"The shortage of affordable family homes in Rochdale and Oldham is a big challenge and we’re delighted the Damson Green properties are finished and ready to meet that need for their new occupants in time for Christmas.
