How to apply for a home in Oldham

To apply for a home you will need to submit an application to Oldham Council’s Housing Register via their Housing Options service.

Oldham Council will then assess your housing need based on their Housing Allocations Scheme.

Once your application has been assessed and accepted onto the Council’s Housing Register, you will be able to view and bid on all available properties available across the borough.

In addition to our homes, Housing Options also includes available properties with other local housing associations including: The Guinness Partnership, Jigsaw Homes, Places for People, Onward, Regenda, ForHousing, Housing21, The Riverside Group, Anchor Hanover and Great Places.


How to apply for a home in Rochdale

To apply for a home you will need to submit an application to Rochdale Council’s Housing Register.

Rochdale Council will then assess your housing need based on their priority bands from A to E, details of which can be found on Rochdale Council’s website.

Once your application has been assessed and accepted onto the Council’s Housing Register, you will be able to view and bid on all available properties available across the borough.

In addition to our homes, Housing Options also includes available properties with other local housing associations including, Anchor, Arcon, Great Places, Guiness Partnership, Jigsaw Homes, Mosscare St. Vincents, Onward Homes, Regenda Group, Riverside HA and Rochdale Boroughwide Housing.
