FCHO launches Recite Me Assistive Toolbar

First Choice Homes (FCHO) is committed to being digitally inclusive and we are continuing to do so through the launch of our Recite Me Assistive Toolbar. This addition to our website ensures that all visitors are able to browse, engage and access our online content without any barriers.

We believe that accessibility is essential, with 1 in 4 people facing challenges online due to disabilities, learning differences, visual impairments or language barriers.

By providing our visitors with an accessibility toolbar, FCHO is making sure that there is equal access to information and services for all, helping to create a fully inclusive digital experience.

Customers can launch the toolbar from the “Accessibility & Language” button in the bottom left-hand corner of our website page.

• Reading Aids: Assists visitors with visual impairments or cognitive differences.
• Customisation and styling: Visitors can adjust fonts, colours and layouts to their preferences.
• Translation & Text-to-Speech: On-demand translation into over 100 languages, including 65 text-to-speech voices, ensures non-native English speakers can fully engage with content.
