Our Directions employment service is now delivering the FREE Support to Succeed coaching programme to people in Oldham looking to make a difference in their lives.

Who is the Support to Succeed programme aimed at?

Support to Succeed provides individual, one-to-one support for people who are not currently employed or seeking work to help you overcome barriers to work.

To be eligible you must be aged 19 and over.

There is also dedicated support for people aged 50+ who are experiencing challenges or are concerned about returning to work or learning new skills.

The offer is open to all Oldham residents. You don’t have to be an FCHO customer.

How can the Support to Succeed programme help you?

Your keyworker can provide a range of support tailored for you. This can include:

• Wellbeing and confidence building
• Managing finances and budgeting
• Job searching and career planning
• Skills and volunteering experience
• One-to-one coaching and signposting to specialist services
