Our Customer Census is now underway, helping us update the information we hold about you and the people living in your home.
Keeping these details accurate means we can better understand your household and continue improving the services we deliver across our homes and neighbourhoods.
The census has been shaped with input from our Customer Engagement Network, ensuring it is safe, clear and accessible for everyone.
A member of our team will be in touch to complete your census.
How we’ll contact you
We want this process to feel safe, transparent and easy.
- The census is carried out only by FCHO staff
- All phone calls come from our main FCHO number
- You will be notified in advance
- We will always explain clearly what we will and won’t ask you
- Any face-to-face visits are completed by your local neighbourhood coordinator and booked in advance
