We’ll soon be launching our Customer Census - updating the information we hold about you and the people who live in your home. This will help us make sure we provide the best possible services across our homes and neighbourhoods. 

A member of our team will be contacting you to complete our Customer Census. It only takes a few minutes, and your time makes a real difference.

  • Our colleague will always have your tenancy reference number. You can find this number in the recent rent letter we sent you. Please ask the caller to confirm this number before you share any information.
