Our Annual Report 2020/21 is now available!

Putting our customers first is at the heart of everything we do, and the report covers how we’ve performed in delivering our services to you and your neighbourhoods.

2020/21 was a year like no other and the pandemic hit our borough hard. Throughout our customers and improving lives was front and centre of our work.

Take a look at how we performed:

  • Delivering support to customers during the pandemic
  • Working with our Customer Voice Panel to help shape how we do thing
  • Empowering and improving customers’ lives with our community services
  • Maintaining and investing in customers’ homes so you have a high quality, safe place to live.
  • Building much needed new homes to help meet housing need
