We believe your voice matters. When you get involved, you help us improve our services, understand what is important in your neighbourhood, and make sure customers are at the heart of every decision we make.

Becoming an Involved Customer is a great way to share your ideas, learn new things, meet new people, and help make positive changes in your community.

Reasons to get involved

Your feedback helps us improve repairs, neighbourhoods, customer services, safety, and more. 

You will join other customers and FCHO staff to look at issues, share ideas, and help shape how we deliver our services.

You can speak up about what matters to you, your family, and your community. Your lived experience is important to us. 

You can build confidence, improve communication skills, and take part in free training and development.

You will meet other customers, join groups, and take part in projects that bring people together. 

Help make your area cleaner, safer, and a place people are proud to live.
