Tell us how we are doing and how we can improve our services to you – complete our Customer Satisfaction Survey and be in with a chance to win £50.

Your feedback is incredibly important for helping us to improve our services and to gather this we will send you a survey on the anniversary of your tenancy with us. For example, if you became an FCHO tenant in June in a previous year, then each June starting this year, we will send your survey.

You will automatically be entered into our prize draw to win £50 when you complete the survey, which asks how satisfied you are with things like our repairs service, your home and area, property safety and how we keep in touch and listen to your views.

Why complete the survey?

By completing the survey you’ll be making sure your voice is heard and helping to drive improvements for you and other FCHO customers.

It will also give us information that we and all social housing providers have to send to our regulator, the Regulator for Social Housing, to make sure landlords are providing a good service for their tenants. This is known as Tenant Satisfaction Measures.

We will be publishing the survey results regularly and using the findings to help improve our services.

How you will receive your survey

You will receive your survey by email, text message or phone, depending on the contact details we hold for you.

We work with our partner Zebra Square to carry out our surveys by phone, so please be reassured it is legitimate, if you receive a phone call from them.
