Over the last 12 months, we’ve been working hard with our customers to improve satisfaction with the services we deliver and ensure our customers have a say in how our services are shaped.

We’re pleased to announce the results are in and our 2019/20 Performance Report is now live.

Some of the improvements we’ve made include:

  • Introducing feedback surveys for all our customer service touchpoints e.g. repairs, contact centre and new tenancies
  • Used customer feedback to drive improvements to services and directly tackle issues and concerns that customers raise
  • Introduced dedicated teams across the business to focus on improving customer experience
