Our volunteers part of Oldham’s Lockdown Museum

02/06/2020

We’re delighted to see that the kindness and generosity of volunteers Emma Cafferky, Stronger Communities Manager and Zerg Raja, Stronger Communities Officer has been captured for generations to come in Oldham’s Lockdown Museum.

Run by Gallery Oldham, the museum is a new digital project to collect a snapshot of what life is like in our local area during the Covid-19 pandemic. Each week the gallery sets a new theme for the exhibition and this week is all about kindness.

You can view The Lockdown Museum and this week’s kindness exhibition on the Gallery Oldham website.

Join us all week on Twitter and Facebook where we’ll be marking our Volunteering service’s achievements and thanking all our wonderful volunteers for giving up their time to help others.
