FCHO retains top ratings from the Regulator of Social Housing

We’re delighted that FCHO has retained the highest rating possible in the latest round of judgements by the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH).

We continue to have G1/V1 status, following our annual stability check earlier this month. This is carried out to ensure we meet regulatory standards in everything we do and the judgement confirms we continue to be well run and financially strong and stable.

Commenting on the judgement, Mark Gifford our Chief Executive said: “As a landlord with c.11,500 homes housing 24,500 people and a developer of much needed new homes, our G1 V1 rating provides important assurance to customers, colleagues and partners that we are performing well and can respond to our communities’ needs and developments in the housing sector.

“The rating reflects our team’s dedication and commitment to achieving our vision to provide quality homes, foster pride and enhance lives in our communities and I thank our colleagues for their valuable contributions.

“The regulatory judgement also gives us a solid foundation as we go into 2026 where we will continue to improve what and how we deliver for the customers we serve.”
