Farewell to Jean Mira, Board Member

At our March Board meeting, we bid farewell and good luck to one of our esteemed Board members, Jean Mira, as she retired at the end of her term of office.

Jean has been a dedicated member of the Board since October 2018, serving as Chair of the People and Governance Committee and a member of the Audit and Risk Committee as well as being the Board Member responsible for Complaints. Her unwavering commitment to FCHO has supported numerous achievements in governance and people matters. Over her tenure, she provided invaluable scrutiny, challenge, and wisdom to her fellow Board members, sharing insights from her extensive experiences outside FCHO.

The Board and the entire FCHO team extend our heartfelt thanks for her remarkable contributions and wish her every success in the future.

Jean’s position on the People and Governance Committee will be filled by Collette King who will join us as a Non-Executive Director in April 2026. Collette will also become the Board Member responsible for Complaints. The Board will also look at memberships for all committees in the new financial year.
