We'll also offer a variety of tenures including social rent, affordable rent and shared ownership.

All new homes will be designed to save energy and will be easy to look after.

We want our customers to feel safe and happy, and love living in our new homes. Part of our development work will involve us talking to our customers along the way about what they would like to see, so our developments suit them and their lifestyles.

We think our role as a housing provider in Oldham is to support local residents and the local economy. Wherever we can, our developments will aim to employ local people and use local suppliers, and we will work with our contractors to provide apprenticeships, training and other employment opportunities.
