To celebrate the national Festival of Learning, First Choice Homes Oldham are joining with Oldham Lifelong Learning to offer a free gift box making class for our customers. Join us and make some simple but beautiful gift boxes to surprise friends and loved ones. There’ll also be a chance to find out more about other courses you can do with Lifelong Learning and at FCHO.

Barker Street Computer Club

Everyone is welcome to come along to the Barker Street Community Centre every Thursday between 1.30 and 4pm for the Computer Club. It is open to anyone wanting to learn computer skills or refresh the skills they already have. You can also get support with job searching and free access to the job search site MyWorksearch. Bring along your own tablets/ipads/laptops/smartphones and learn how to use them more successfully!

Coldhurst Community Coffee Morning

Everyone is welcome to come along to the friendly community coffee morning held at the Anchor Street Community Centre every Thursday between 10- 12pm. A small fee is charged for tea toast and cake. Meet other people from your area and get involved in the community garden outside the Centre.

Barker Street Games Night

Come along and take part in the community games night, the first Wednesday of every month from 7-9.30pm, at the Barker Street Community Centre. Games include darts, cards, domino's, bingo and much more. Refreshments and a hot supper is provided for a small contribution.
