FCHO has appointed two contractors to undertake the second year of the Improvement Programme which includes kitchen, bathroom, heating and rewiring work. . 

Bramall Construction and Lovell Partnerships have been selected after successfully tendering for the works.

P Casey has been appointed to carry out environmental Improvement works to estates and Emanuel Whittaker Ltd has been selected to undertake Phase 1 of FCHO’s fire safety works and general improvements to communal areas.
