Our employability training is designed to help you feel more confident for getting into work whether you’ve not worked for a while or are looking to change jobs and want to refresh your skills. The short, informal sessions help you to be able to talk about your skills and experience in the way employers are looking for. Courses include “getting better at selling yourself in job applications” and “answering difficult interview questions”. We also offer a ‘Mindset’ training course, which looks at thinking positively and setting goals for the future.

What our customers say about the training:

“Finally I feel positive!”  - Mindset training attendee

“I’ve re-established the key points a person must focus on when in an interview - including new unfamiliar ways of structuring my answers” - interview skills training attendee

“Made me feel better about myself with some realisations that I can change for the better” - Mindset training attendee

To find out more:

Contact Julie.Goreham@fcho.co.uk and we will send you the dates/times of forthcoming training sessions.
