    Key Priorities

    Feeling Safe:

    To work proactively with customers, partners and colleagues and ensure our customers have quiet enjoyment of their homes.

    Improve Satisfaction with Landlord Services:

    To work with partners to continue to address environmental crime and to deliver FCHO’s environmental improvement programme.

    Increase Training and Employment Opportunities:

    To work with internal and external partners to ensure all our customers have access to training and employment opportunities.

    Health and Wellbeing:

    To work with partners to deliver projects aimed at improving health and well-being.

    New Build:

    Ensure new, affordable homes are available for current and future customers.

    Develop Community Activity:

    Work with partners and current social groups in Werneth to support increased health and well-being activities and development of employment and skills opportunities where applicable.
