To continue to work with the District Partnership and the Health and Wellbeing to develop an appropriate strategy to support residents.

    Isolation:

To work with District Partnership and Stronger Communities to develop an appropriate strategy to engage residents in activities.

    Partnership Working:

FCHO to strengthen working relationships with the District Partnership and the new Integrated Neighbourhood Policing Team.

    Stronger Communities:

To identify key individuals within the local Saddleworth and Lees community to assist with the action planning, monitoring and evaluation of the Saddleworth Villages Place Based Plan.
