    Key Priorities

    Manage Customers Perception of ASB

    We will work with FCHO Community Legal team, OMBC & GMP to challenge the perception & influence change.

    Increase Demand & Reduce Turnover

    Promote the new environment works on Derker . Work with OMBC waste management team on Changing behaviours around recycling.

    Increase training & employment opportunities

    Support & promote Local Jobs Clubs.  Promote FCHO Employment services.  Joint working with OMBC & District Partnership.  Closer working with Community Engagement to develop strategies. Working with the Community Group to channel resources.

    Health & Wellbeing

    Work with Community Engagement to develop issues of social isolation. Work with Local School to promote H & W

    Stronger Communities

    Work with partners across Derker to co deliver community led projects around H&W, Employment/Skills and tackling social isolation.  Identify new community members and to create the conditions for engagement and development of projects to suit customers’ requirements.

    Increase Housing Supply

    Work with the Development team to identify potential development site.
