"Hi, I'm Lisa Hallsworth and I'm your Neighbourhood Officer for Burnley Street. If you have any issues regarding your tenancy or neighbourhood please contact me via our Service Centre."

  • Neighbourhood project

The BGreen Project is a pioneering initiative across 2 wards and 5 estates in Central Oldham. We are the major landlord in the St Mary’s and Coldhurst wards. As a result of a high number of void properties, the St Mary’s estate contained significantly lower than average property asset values. Following an area review, other housing related indicators were identified, which included fuel poverty, high levels of benefit dependency and health and education outcomes.

  • Neighbourhood plan

We will make appropriate referrals to services.

Reduce demand on GMP and challenge perceptions around ASB:

We will work with our partners, customers and colleagues to challenge perceptions and influence change.

    Reduce high levels of unemployment:

We will promote to all customers, FCHO’s employment and training offer including work experience, volunteering and employment readiness.

Encourage/signpost to health and well-being opportunities:

We will work with groups and partner agencies to promote health activities in the area.

    Develop Community Development Activity:
