Trees in Need of Urgent Attention

An emergency is classed as a major and sudden change to a tree. The most common emergencies are:

  • A diseased tree
  • A dead or dying tree
  • A dangerous tree (e.g. sudden leaning or loose/dangerous branches)

If any of these occur, please call our Service Centre.

If you want to let us know about an issue with a tree but it is not an emergency, you can contact us via our online form.

Report Routine Issues

All emergency work is assessed as soon as possible (without waiting for the next scheduled tree inspection) and if deemed to be dangerous, works will be carried out as soon as possible
