MyFCHO is the new customer portal where you can view information about rents and charges, review your contact details and other information and make a service request.

Once logged in, you don't need to enter your details again, you will have access to your accounts and details in real time; and can update them - as well as make enquiries which go straight into our system.

When you visit 'MyFCHO' for the first time you will need to register. To do this you will need:

  • An email address
  • Your Date of Birth
  • Your Payment Reference Number 

Places to find your Payment Reference Number

  • AllPay payment card
  • First page of your Tenancy Agreement
  • Rent Statements (these were sent out in October 2016)
  • Any Rent Letter from us, AllPay Direct Debit letters

Once you've registered, you'll receive an email with a username and password. 

Creating a Log-in

When you log on for the first time you'll be asked to choose a memorable question and give the answer. You should also change your password.

When creating these remember:

  • Choose a strong password others won't be able to guess easily
  • Don't share your password with anyone
  • Make sure you can remember the answer to your question - you'll need this each time you log on
  • Change your password regularly
  • Keep your password a secret

FCHO will never ask you to tell us your password; so if you get an email, phone call or speak to someone who asks for it - say 'NO'.
