Update on staff shortages and fuel crisis
Unfortunately our repairs and maintenance service is being affected this week due to large numbers of colleagues having to isolate, and the ongoing fuel disruption around the country.
We are monitoring the situation closely and working hard to provide the best possible service to you, but this may mean any existing appointments you have booked with us could be affected and we may need to re-arrange some appointments.
Please bear with us while we navigate through this difficult situation and we ask you to be as flexible as possible if we need to re-arrange your appointment for a future date or time.
Our Contact Centre is also extremely busy at the moment so please, if you can, use other ways to contact us such as My Account or making use of our chatbot function on our website.
