Between January and March 2020, we will be visiting over 3,000 homes to carry out a stock condition survey.
If your home is selected, this means that a surveyor will need to visit your home during this time for approximately 30 minutes. They will need access to all rooms, including your loft and cellar if your home has these features, as well as outdoor access.
How will I know if my home is selected?
All customers whose homes we need to access will receive a letter via post, which will be followed up by a text confirming the exact appointment time you have been allocated. You will also be given an option to rearrange the appointment if the proposed date and time is unsuitable for you.
What we need from you
To allow us to continue making our customers’ homes the best they can be, it’s really important we are able to complete our stock condition surveys in a timely and efficient manner, with minimal disruption.
