We are consulting with local people about our proposed plans for the redevelopment of 43 Burnley Lane, Chadderton, OL9 0BT before we submit a planning application to Oldham Council in June 2021 and we want to hear from you.
Our consultation is open 12-26 May 2021.
By getting involved and sharing your views on this development you can help us deliver a new scheme that will meet the needs of local people and provide more high quality, affordable homes in the area.
What we are proposing:
- To demolish the existing building which has been derelict for a number of years and develop 9 one-bedroom apartments to help meet local housing need
- The plans include four parking spaces, cycle storage and landscaping to the site
- All the new apartments will be for affordable rent
- Demolition of the existing building and construction of the new one would start towards the end of 2021.
