First Choice Homes Oldham and partners will be returning to host Rapid ROCA on the 29 and 30 January 2018.
What is Rapid ROCA?
Rapid ROCA is an event that after success in previous years, is back in 2018 to help local community projects and groups with funding. The event gives people the chance to apply for funding of up to £500 to help their groups and start up projects grow.
Last year 41 projects were awarded funding after applying at the event.
How do I apply for funding?
If you have a community project, group or activity you just need to come along to the event and fill in an application form to be considered for a grant of up to £500. Successful applicants will know by February 9.
Ideally groups will have a bank account but projects that do not at the time they apply will not be turned away.
Rapid ROCA will not fund any political groups or provide funding for football kits.
When and where is the event?
The events will be held at the First Choice Homes headquarters. First Place, Union Street, Oldham, OL1 1BE. The events will be taking place on Monday 29 January 5 - 7pm and Tuesday 30 January 10 - 12pm and 2 - 4pm.
