Our First Place reception is fully opening from next week
We’re getting ready to fully open our First Place office reception area again on Monday 4 October and we can’t wait to welcome you back!
At the moment, we have been operating on appointment-only basis, but now you are able to walk in, too.
We’ll still have a few additional safety measures in place to keep you and our colleagues safe.
Our office will be open between 9am and 5pm and we’re still asking you to make appointments where possible with our teams directly.
Drop-in services will be offered by some teams and more details of these will be provided when you contact them.
Our computers will be available for you to use to access services if you do not have access to the internet at home or need some support to use online services.
Please do not attend our office if you are showing signs or symptoms of Covid-19 or if you have been advised to isolate.
You can still contact us over the phone on 0161 393 7117, by email on firstname.lastname@example.org or use our new chatbot, Cleo to get in touch with us too if you prefer. Don’t forget you can pay rent and access other services on My Account, too.
