Marking National Customer Service Week
This week we're marking National Customer Service Week, which is all about raising awareness of good customer service and the vital role it plays in successful businesses.

"In the past year alone, we've launched our Together With Tenants Charter which sets out our commitments to you and we've brought you Cleo our Chatbot which makes it easy and quick for you to get answers to questions 24/7 365 days of the year.
“We've also recently developed our Neighbourhood Plans so you can feel connected, engaged and in the know about the area where you live and we ran our Customer Perception survey to see how our performance measures up. The results of the survey are driving improvements in the services we deliver to you so thank you to everyone who took part."
