LiveChat and Chatbot now available - give it a try!
Have you noticed our fab new feature?
It's our brand new ‘Chatbot’ which we’re trialling for the next few weeks.
The chatbot is in the right hand corner of our website and uses artificial intelligence to help answer your queries 24/7. For example, if you typed ‘my roof is leaking’ – the chatbot would respond with ways they could report a repair.
Best of all, if you can't find the direct answer to your question via the chatbot, there is a LiveChat function available too, meaning that you can have instant direct messages with a member of our Contact Centre team between 10am and 4pm, Monday – Friday. Simply click on the little headset icon within the chatbot and away you go.
There's also a built-in language translator meaning that if you are struggling with English, you can select your preferred language through the Livechat function which will automatically translate your text into English for you – genius!
Our chatbot is still in the trial phase and will be until 21 December 2020, but until then we need as many people using to test it out as possible so we can gather loads of useful data and make the decision whether we install it as a permanent feature.
So help us out and give it a go.
