Lettings Policy updated and new summary guide launched to make life easier for our customers
We have refreshed our Lettings Policy and alongside it launched a simple summary document to guide you through how we let our homes.
Our Lettings Policy explains how we let our homes to customers fairly and make the best use of available housing in Oldham. It also helps you to understand how we work with Oldham Council to provide homes to help meet local housing need.
To make our Lettings Policy easy for you to understand, we have also created our first Lettings Policy Summary Guide. This includes information on:
- Who can apply for one of our homes
- How we allocate homes according to housing need, taking into consideration property eligibility and Working Extra
- mymove.co.uk, where we advertise our homes
- The process we follow to allocate homes to customers
Our Lettings Policy applies to homes that we advertise via mymove.co.uk
