Launching next week: new look My Account

Exciting news. From next week you will benefit from the new look My Account to make it even easier to manage your tenancy with us.

My Account is your online customer account. You can view information about your rent and charges, make payments, send us information and update your contact details 24/7, 365 days a year.

Our teams have been working hard behind the scenes to make improvements to the system. These include:

  • Redesigning the look and feel so it’s much more like our website and easier for you to use
  • Incorporating a messaging function which we can use to contact you securely and directly

Customer Voice Panel (CVP) members have been involved in testing the updated site and their input has helped shape the upgrades.

Emma Davison, our Chief Operations Officer says: “We provide around 11.5K homes to customers, and it’s essential that you can manage your tenancy with us and carry out tasks online, quickly and easily, at a time that suits you.

“Customer testing has helped us understand what you want from MyAccount. We’ve listened to your feedback and made improvements so the portal will better meet your needs.”

While we upgrade the system, My Account will be unavailable on Sunday 23 January. Please report repairs or pay rent by calling our Contact Centre on 0161 393 7117 or emailing the Contact Centre.
