Concerned about your neighbourhood, not happy with your home? You can make a difference!

Our Customer Voice Panel (CVP) is kicking off the new year with two online meetings on 26 and 27 January and you’re invited to get involved!

Our CVP is made up of customers from across the borough and has been set up to give a real voice to those who live in our homes. Customers are at the heart of everything we do and we want panel members to help influence our services and bring about improvements.

For every CVP session that you take part in you’ll receive a £30 shopping voucher and have the opportunity to make a difference to yourself and friends and neighbours.

We are holding two meetings in January, one in the evening and one in the daytime so you can choose the one that suits you best:

  • 26 January 5-7pm
  • 27 January 12-2pm.

This month the CVP will be reviewing our latest quarterly performance report to see how we’re doing in terms of customer satisfaction levels, looking after our customers’ homes, building new properties, and making a difference to our customers’ lives.

Tanisha Rigby, Customer Involvement Officer in our Stronger Communities team, said: “I’m really excited about the positive changes our CVP will help us deliver this year. The panel is open to all of our customers and we’re recruiting for it on an ongoing basis. If you are passionate about making a difference to your home and your community, please get involved.”
