Oldham’s housing services are moving.

From 1st July 2019, Oldham Housing Advice Service (OHAS) will no longer be based at First Choice Homes Oldham and will be at Oldham Council. You can read more information in our news section or visit Oldham Council's website.

Housing and Advice Service

Our Housing and Advice Service deliver a range of customer facing services on behalf of First Choice Homes Oldham, Oldham Council and other social housing providers who have homes to rent in Oldham. We can support you to find a new home and help you to gain the skills that you will need to successfully manage your FCHO tenancy. We also provide advice and assistance if you are homeless or may become homeless.

We are committed to supporting our customers to gain the skills and abilities to help themselves, through links to employment and training opportunities and links to other specialist services.

We partner with Citizens Advice Oldham who can provide free, confidential, impartial and independent advice that is open to everyone in the community.
