Neighbourhood Care

The Neighbourhood Care team has both caretakers and grounds maintenance operatives. Visits to all communal blocks and communal green spaces take place every two weeks.

Caretakers clean all the walls, floors, windows, stairs and landings as well as litter picking and removing fly tipping.

Grounds maintenance teams provide a cut and collect grass cutting service, shrub pruning, path edging and planting improvements services.

If you would like to know when your block is due to be cleaned or when the grounds maintenance teams will be working at your property you can submit a Request for Information and a member of the Neighbourhood Care Team will get back to you as soon as possible.

The Neighbourhood Care Team also provide a reactive service that deals with a variety of problems such as blocked bin chutes, fly tipping, broken glass and moss removal on FCHO paths and land.

You can Report an Issue and a member of the Neighbourhood Care Team will get back to you as soon as possible.

We have published a set of service standards for both our caretaking and grounds maintenance work.
