If you pay a heating charge to First Choice Homes Oldham you will be part of our district and communal heating and hot water system.
We will send you a consumption statement every 3 months to keep you up to date and ensure you are paying the correct amount for the heating and hot water you use. As a user of district and communal heating and hot water you will have your own meter which records your individual consumption. To make things easier and keep your charge as accurate as possible we are able to take meter readings remotely so there is no waiting in for engineers or submitting readings yourself.
You should already have an instruction booklet to help you use the system and set the timer so you can get the most for your money. If you need a replacement booklet then please email our Service Centre.
