It’s really quick and easy to make a payment online at My Account. You can also check your balance, view your statement and see any payment plans we have agreed with you.

You will need your payment reference which can be found in the following places:

  • AllPay payment card
  • First page of your tenancy agreement
  • Rent statements
  • Any rent letter from us or AllPay Direct Debit letters

You can also pay us in the following ways if it’s easier for you.

  • By Direct Debit
  • Using the “AllPay” smart phone app available to download free from the Apple App store or the Google Play store
  • Using a payment card at a PayPoint. Note: payment using this method can take up to 2 working days to show on your rent account
  • You can call us on 0161 393 7117
