Need Advice?

FCHO no longer operates a Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB) drop-in service in the customer zone. However there are other avenues still available if you need to drop in and ask for some advice or information. A list of locations is provided below:

What happens when you visit a drop-in service / call the advice line:
You’ll be offered a short session with an assessor, who’ll identify the most appropriate way for the service to help you.
This could be giving you the information you need to solve your problem yourself, or it could be making an appointment to discuss your problem further – in person, or by phone.

*The ICC drop in is operated by the GP Health Project Benefits Team. You must have a long term health condition and be registered with an Oldham GP to access the service.*
