You may have to pay for some repairs - this is detailed in our Rechargeable Repairs Policy.

Reporting a repair

Most repairs can be reported using our online form.

Please note: you will not receive an email confirmation; but a member of our team will be in touch to make an appointment.

In some cases, you may have an emergency repair such as those which pose a danger to customers and others, or where your home may be damaged if action isn't taken straight away. These repairs will be attended within 3 hours.

Entry fobs

Replacement fobs or additional fobs for family/carers can be provided at a cost of £11.75.
