  • Keeping to your tenancy conditions and in particular being considerate towards your neighbours
  • Be responsible and accountable for the behaviour of family members and visitors
  • Take responsibility for solving minor disagreements and show consideration for different lifestyles
  • Treat all our employees, contractors and anyone working on our estates with respect

What is Anti Social Behaviour?

Here are some examples of what anti social behaviour can include:

  • Loud music and noise (especially late at night)
  • Threatening or swearing at neighbours
  • Dog barking/fouling
  • Untidy gardens/dumping of litter or rubbish
  • Harassment or intimidation
  • Criminal Activity
  • Assault or actual violence
  • Racist or homophobic abuse or graffiti
  • Breaches of tenancy conditions

Reporting Anti Social Behaviour

Reported incidents which involve violence, threats of violence or hate crime will be given a Category 1 status and we will respond within 1 working day.  These cases will be managed by our Community Legal Service.

All other incidents will be given a Category 2 status and will be responded to within 5 working days.
